What happens when New Moon encounters another celestial body? You guessed it - there are now pieces of New Moon!
I can assure you this was no accident - the idea came to me while watching an episode of The Universe. The new twist is that this artwork is highly interactive.
Each piece is mounted with high-strength magnets, which then securely attach them to the perforated steel background. Now you can completely change the orientation of each piece, as shown in the photo examples.
You can specify how many pieces you'd like and provide the general shapes of each(max. total pieces will depend on the overall size of the entire artwork).
